Hi,I have several paid accounts with Zoho. I have clients mail apps on iPhone, iPad, Macbook and Mac Mini. I use IMAP and POP3 on various clients. We use various networks including fixed internet and 4/5G mobile.
Over the past 24 hours email has stopped being downloaded to the clients. Outbound sending is fine but incoming emails are not coming down for hours - they are available on the web interface so it suggests a problem with IMAP/POP. It is intermittent.
Please can you update on what is happening???
