We've received a WhatsApp message on 24 feb. One minute after this message, our automatic response was send to this person. However, when we want to pick up this conversation today (so after the weekend), we are not able to send a message. How can we solve this problem? Because we don't want to send a template to this person, because we didn't send a first reaction at all
