For whatever reason I find the Bookings app incredibly difficult to navigate for basic housekeeping functions with different options seemingly only available from certain views.

Can someone point out to me where you would go to in order to cancel a customer booking in a group service instance for a workspace ie. a registration in a class (service) that has been set up under a workspace?

This product has so much potential if only it was constructed with all the features you actually need to readily manage your bookings - particularly for administration with decent reports, exports and control. We have implemented it but with so many workarounds and living with so many shortcomings.
