But I think it's not a complete version.

I'd like to know:

1. How to open CHAT tab and prefill name and email. If the use is logged in I'd like to hide these fields and use info from my website.

2. How to open Tickets Tab and prefill the subject and description.

I think there is a lot more to do other than these, but I can't find the doc anywhere.
