Just started using Zoho desk, and currently only have myself as an agent.

I am showing agent offline, but having spent a considerable time looking and can not find a means to put myself online!?

Come across this article, but with 15 thumbs down its probably same result I found in that it was inaccurate:

There is no agent on or off option when you click on the logo, in fact there is no mention of an agent at all. The icon just gives you information about your account, subscriptions etc.

Assumption was it must be talking about some other 'Account Photo', but can not find anything.

Appreciate if anyone can help.
