We are working with Deals in ZOHO CRM to register new assignments from our clients. I would like to service the execution of these Deals via ZOHO Desk, but apparently ZOHO Desk does not automatically show the Deals connected to Clients as registered in ZOHO CRM. I think this should be a key functionality for ZOHO Desk, because it would really integrate functionality as desired from our practice.
