When opening attachments within Zoho Email they open up directly within the browser, yet opening attachments in Zoho Support presents the "Save As" box requiring the attachment to be downloaded to the PC before being opened.
We have mobile users and we also operate a flexible working policy, therefore, our users can roam from Work PC to Laptop, to Home PC, etc. (Indeed, in using cloud services it is very difficult not to operate a flexible working policy).
I'm left very concerned that in having to download attachments could cause a reach of Data Protection if the document can be downloaded and left on a PC.
To confirm, my Work and Home PC and my Laptop all run Windows 7 and the Google Chrome Browser yet the difference in opening of attachments happens on the same PC whether it's being used to access Zoho Support or Zoho Email.
It does not appear to be the case therefore that the Zoho Email service is being accesses on a PC which has a different configuration to the PC being used to access the Zoho Support service.
So, should Zoho Support not be opening up attachments within the browser using the same interface/protocol used by Zoho Email?
