Why is my invoice Address formatting messed up?

I tried adding some additional information to the address bar in Setting>Preferences>General, Organization Address Format. I clicked on the 'Insert Placeholders' dropdown, and added the extra information needed.

Whever I did it messed up the formatting by adding extra lines, even though I didn't add extra lines.

How can I fix this to make it look nice again?
