Why is Zoho support so bad?
We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads)
We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice.All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
I opened a case with them at the time....and got a reply today.
SIX days later - is that acceptable for a business email service?
Not in my opinion so I am looking for a reliable service
Has anyone got any recommendations on where to move my business emails to?
