Why is Zoho support so bad?

Why is Zoho support so bad?

We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads)
We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice.
All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
I opened a case with them at the time....and got a reply today.

SIX days later - is that acceptable for a business email service?

Not in my opinion so I am looking for a reliable service
Has anyone got any recommendations on where to move my business emails to?
