I am unable to understand, why don't we mention 'Pricing Scheme' like Tier, Volume etc. while 'Creating Plan' itself. Why is that it is mentioned while 'Creating Addon' only and then associated with the Plan. 

Is it not possible to 'Create a Plan' by defining the Pricing Scheme with Plan only? Can someone clear the analogy regarding this.
