User pne****@newhopetransport.com using Windows 10 with Outlook 2016. When outlook sorts emails as they come in according to rules, it does not seem to sync to the server, as it will receive those messages again, and sort them again, making multiple copies in the destination folders.  Also emails in the inbox in outlook will be marked unread, after they are read.

It seems like Outlook will receive info but it is not able to send the info back.

As the day goes on, the sycing seems to slow down for incoming as well.  User will need to move between folders to get it to sync and get new emails.
