Windows 2008R2 - PostgreSQL cannot be found

Hi,

Just downloaded and installed ManageEngine_DesktopCentralMSP. Installed this as Administrator in Workgroup - no AD.

The description for Event ID 0 from source PostgreSQL cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

2013-03-11 16:10:40 GMT 1596 FATAL:  could not create shared memory segment: error code 1455
2013-03-11 16:10:40 GMT 1596 DETAIL:  Failed system call was CreateFileMapping(size=569810944, name=Global/PostgreSQL:C:/ManageEngine/DesktopCentralMSP_Server/pgsql/data).

Any clues as to how to configure SQL for this app?
