Hi,

 

I am using Application Manger version 9 "Manage Engine" , I want to monitor servers memory, CPU & HDD utilization for this I am trying to add servers, providing correct user credentials with NO firewall restrictions but still its shows "autentication failed"

 

Please note that I am selecting WMI option.
