Workflow tasks and Contracts don't work with Enterprise Trial?

Hello,

I'm using the Zoho Support Enterprise Trial and noticed the following:

  • When i create a workflow rule i can only create alerts in the final step of setting up the rule, i can not create a task? If i read the manual this should be possible
  • For some reason i can not create contracts. When i got to Accounts and click one and then select 'SLA for this account' i can fill out some fields but when i look at the manual i should be able to select a SLA type there, fill out a contract name and contract period. But those fields are not available? When i press Save i do not get an error and when i go to the admin panel>Automation>Contracts>All Contracts it shows nothing.
I also have some other questions:

  • Is it possible to automatically create contracts when importing accounts? We have thousands of customers we want to migrate to Zoho Support and of course do not want to create thousands of contracts manually
  • In Zoho CRM there is an Autonumber custom field type. We used this to generate a unique customer number for each client. I don't see that field type in Zoho Support, is there another way to do it? I also noticed there are no formula field types
  • When i go to Admin>Customization>Layouts>Contacts it shows a lot of custom fields i made but when i go to the Contacts module they don't show. Is this a bug or is this because i'm using the trial edition?
