Wrong Support.Zoho Account Setup

Hi There

I have just used zoho support and I really made a mistake of inputting the first information (setup information) -- it must be my business name and not my client's business name. Is there a way that I can modify the setup information?

The email looks like that of my client: <client business name>@zohosupport.com and so as the name of the interface and all. 

Can I still have the opportunity to change it? Like, my email should be <my business name>@zohosupport.com?

Please help!
