1) If there is a primary contact and one or more secondary contacts, can these secondary contacts access the customer billing portal?

2) Can each subscription under a customer record be assigned to a different contact so that that contact only receives invoices for subscriptions that they are connected to?

3) Can a contact that is not the primary contact add a card and associate it with one or more subscriptiions under the same customer record?
