Zoho blocking my Shopify notifications

Zoho blocking my Shopify notifications

I have been running my business using Shopify for sales and Zoho for my primary business email together for 7 years.
Out of the blue, a few days ago zoho identified these shopify sale notifications as spam apparently and now I am no longer receiving sale notifications. I have been bouncing between shopify chat support and zoho support chat for about one week with no apparent solution.
Any suggestions?
