Zoho Campaigns Account Keeps Shutting Down

Hey hey, I am completely at a loss here. For months we have been back and forth with Zoho Campaigns Support on Spam Trap hits. Each time they can never provide us with a full list of emails, only 1 here or there. So internally we have setup a integration with clearout.io to scan each record that comes into CRM and only those that are valid and safe can be mailed.

Now after this setup, the account has shut down again. I am at my end now. Zoho Campaigns does not even mark their records as "spam", if I go to the Blocked List. There are 0 records shown as blocked. How is it that Mailchimp can get it right, but Zoho Campaigns cant. 

If anyone has a similar issue or has a unique setup we can try, open to suggestions. 

We are connected to 3rd party applications, which we notice poorly vet their data. So this has been resolved with our scan. We also have a direct connection to Zoho Campaigns with Shopify and thought maybe that could be where the issue comes in, but AGAIN its not up to us to clear out, Zoho Campaigns has a blocked list, why in the world are they not using it for what its intended. I even check historical campaigns sent, under "marked as spam" EMTPY!!!!!!!!!
