Zoho client portal "name already taken"

While attempting to create a Zoho books account and to start off the 2-week trial. 

I was sent to a "let's get started page" where I am to enter my organizational details. 

All is fine except that I was given an error that a portal with our organization's name was already created. 

Nobody in the organization has created the portal and none of us have any access to that portal. The logo on the login page is indeed ours. 

This happens with both Zoho expenses and Zoho books.
