Dans cet article, nous verrons comment Zoho Connect est bien intégré avec des applications Zoho et comment cette intégration permet de gérer une meilleure communication et collaboration.
Tâches Zoho Mail
Affichez toutes les tâches de votre Zoho Mail sous forme de tableau dans Zoho Connect. Les tâches ajoutées dans vos groupes de messagerie seront également listées comme des tableaux distincts dans Zoho Connect. Tous les membres du réseau peuvent accéder à cette intégration une fois qu’elle est activée par l’administrateur réseau.
Activer l'intégration Zoho Mail
- Passez à l'onglet "Intégrations" depuis le panneau à droite.
- Allez à "Tâches Zoho Mail"
- Activez l'intégration depuis le bouton à droite.
En quoi cela vous aide
Les membres peuvent voir les tâches Zoho Mail comme un tableau dans Zoho Connect.
Cela vous permet d'ajouter et de mettre à jour la date d’échéance, la priorité, le rappel et le statut d'une tâche en question, afin d'assurer une circulation d'information sans faille.
Zoho People
Cette intégration facilite un accès dynamique aux groupes pour chaque département et chaque champ de fonction dans Zoho People. Chaque fois qu'un nouveau membre est ajouté à un département ou à une fonction dans Zoho People, il est automatiquement ajouté au groupe Zoho Connect correspondant.
Les données utilisateur relatives aux champs du profil utilisateur dans Zoho Connect seront synchronisées. Les utilisateurs peuvent effectuer des check-in/check-out web et poser des congés à partir de leur page de profil Zoho Connect.
Bon à savoir
Tous les nouveaux membres ajoutés à Zoho People ainsi que les utilisateurs existants qui ne font pas partie du réseau Zoho Connect recevront une invitation par email leur demandant de rejoindre le réseau Zoho Connect correspondant.
Activer l'intégration Zoho People
- Pour configurer cette intégration, il faut que l'employé dispose d'un accès administrateur à la fois dans Zoho Connect et dans Zoho People.
- Sélectionnez l'icône "Intégrations" qui se trouve dans le menu vertical à droite de votre page Zoho Connect.
- À partir de la liste des intégrations, choisissez Zoho People.
- Sélectionnez le portail Zoho People que vous souhaitez intégrer à votre réseau Zoho Connect.
- Gérez votre intégration depuis les options qui s'affichent et enregistrez.
Note
- Afin d'activer cette intégration, vous aurez besoin d'un abonnement payant à Zoho People et Zoho Connect. De plus, il faut s'assurer que le nombre d'utilisateurs achetés est le même dans les deux systèmes pour éviter toute anomalie dans l'intégration.
- L'intégration de Zoho People n'est disponible que pour les réseaux internes de Zoho Connect.
Zoho Meeting
Grâce à l'intégration de Zoho Meeting, vous pouvez démarrer une réunion avec n'importe lequel de vos groupes Connect ou avec un ensemble de membres sélectionnés à partir de la plateforme Zoho Connect.

- Pour activer l'intégration, vous devez disposer d'un abonnement payant de Zoho Meeting.

Zoho Notebook
L'intégration de Zoho Notebook vous permet de prendre des notes sur les messages, les forums, les manuels, les tâches, les événements et les questions posées dans les forums de discussion sans avoir à passer d'une application à l'autre. Ces notes seront automatiquement synchronisées avec votre compte Notebook.
En quoi cela vous aide
- Créer des notes contextuelles (spécifique au message)
- Alternativement, pour les autres modules (Forums, Événements, Tâches, Questions de la mairie), vous pouvez cliquer sur l'icone "plus" et sélectionner "Prendre des notes" depuis le menu déroulant.
- Le message, l'événement, la tâche, etc. correspondant est associé à la note et peut être consulté à partir de celle-ci.
- Le lien Connect pertinent est également accessible depuis l'application Carnet de notes en sélectionnant l'option "Liens associés".
- Les utilisateurs peuvent ajouter la note en tant que message dans Zoho Connect.
- Toutes les notes sont accessibles via le widget Notebook à droite.
