Dans cet article nous allons découvrir comment le réseau social de Zoho One vous donne un espace partagé pour tous les mises à jour sur les activités diverses au sein ou hors de votre organisation et bien plus encore.
Un réseau social d'entreprise est une plateforme où employés, clients, fournisseurs, partenaires, etc. peuvent poster et commenter publiquement. Cela permet une meilleure fluidité de l'information par rapport à des annonces hiérarchiques (bien que celles-ci ne soient pas exclues) et permettent surtout l'échange : comme sur tout réseau social, il est possible de répondre, donner son avis, suggérer, ou simplement faire une annonce, qu'il s'agisse de son service, d'un sujet transversal ou de l'organisation entière.

Depuis l'onglet Manuels vous ajoutez les documents pour constituer la base de connaissances de votre équipe. Pensez-y comme à une bibliothèque en ligne dans laquelle votre équipe peut puiser en cas de besoin. Par exemple, les politiques de votre entreprise, le guide des bonnes pratiques liées au travail, la documentation des API et d'autres ressources peuvent être soigneusement documentées à l'aide d'un manuel. Les forums sont disponibles au niveau du réseau, ce qui signifie que tous les membres d'un réseau ont accès à toutes les discussions du forum.
Gestion des événements
Vous pouvez créer des événements pour tous vos engagements, qu'il s'agisse d'une réunion d'équipe ou d'un rendez-vous personnel. Les événements sont disponibles au niveau du réseau, du groupe et de l'utilisateur. La création d'événements au niveau du réseau et du groupe dépend des permissions définies par les administrateurs.
Sessions Town Hall
La fonctionnalité Town Hall de Connect est un endroit où on peut lancer des sessions de questions-réponses avec l'ensemble du réseau, d'un groupe, ou des membres spécifiques autour d'un sujet. Ces "assemblées générales" offrent aux membres une plateforme pour poser des questions et obtenir des réponses directement des experts du réseau. Par exemple, l'équipe des RH peut organiser une réunion publique sur les politiques internes de l'entreprise, au cours de laquelle les employés peuvent obtenir des éclaircissements sur leurs doutes et faire part de leurs suggestions. De même, les réunions publiques peuvent être organisées sur n'importe quel sujet ; il peut simplement s'agir d'une session AMA (Ask me anything), au cours de laquelle un expert ou un responsable répond aux questions des autres membres.
