Zoho Creator entry level pricing

Dear Zoho Creator folks,

I love what you offer with Creator and I am keen to try your advanced features now.

But I am still bamboozled with your pricing.

On the one hand I am invited to sign up for a $5/month/user deal. https://www.zoho.com/creator/pricing.html

But if I'm already a subscriber per https://www.zoho.com/creator/signup.html?plan=25&users=1 all I see is $15/month/user.

Am I missing something?
