The integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho books is terrible.  You can create a quote in the CRM, but can only "convert" the quote to in invoice in the CRM invoice module.  To actually get it into Zoho Books, you have to create a new Quote in a different area. This is joke and terrible.  The entire integration between the products is terrible and needs to be fixed.  I would have never used the product if I knew this.
