New Features and Enhancements - Zoho CRM | Mobile App

Hello everyone,

We've made a few updates to the Zoho CRM mobile app to enhance your mobile CRM experience and efficiency. Here's a quick look at what's new:
  1. Reports module (iOS )
  2. Record tags (iOS)
  3. Dynamic formula field (Android)
  4. WhatsApp business deep linking support (Android)
  5. Static subforms (Android)
  6. Multi-reminder support for meetings (Android)
  7. Multi-select lookup fields for Blueprint (iOS and Android)

Reports module support (iOS v3.18.8) 

You can now access the Reports module in your iOS app. Once you open the report, you can tap on any record to view its details.

Reports can be exported in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats directly to your device. You can also share these reports via email with both internal users and external recipients.

Record tags support (iOS  v3.19.2)

Tag management is now available in the Zoho CRM iOS app. Create, associate existing tags, edit or delete tags directly from your mobile app.
 
Tags are also supported during lead conversion, so you can carry them over to contacts, accounts, and deals. If tags are configured as a mandatory action in a Blueprint transition, you can add or create the required tags while completing the transition.

Dynamic formula fields (Android v3.6.53)   

Formula fields normally update only when one of their source fields changes, but fields built on the Now() function—like Age of a record, Days since last activity, or Days due for payment—depend on the current time.
 
On Android, these fields now recalculate every time you open a record, so the value always reflects the current moment.

 

WhatsApp Business deep linking support  (Android v3.6.52)

Users can now open WhatsApp Business chats directly from CRM records by tapping the phone numbers deep linked in the following areas:
  1. Business cards
  2. Details page
  3. Message (More icon > Message > WhatsApp business)

Static subforms (Android v3.6.52) 

Static subforms consist of fixed sets of rows that admins set up in advance, so every record shows the same rows for users to fill in.
 
For example, a delivery agent opening a record finds a ready-made checklist—handover, signature, photo, and damage check—and marks each item as "complete" as they go.
 
The Android app now supports static subforms. You can view predefined rows within a record and update values in their editable fields.

Multi reminder support for meetings (Android  v3.6.56)

Previously, while creating or editing a meeting, users could only add only one reminder.
 
With this update, users can now add multiple reminders for a single meeting and also add custom reminders. This helps ensure users never miss an important meeting by receiving reminders at different intervals before it begins.

 

Multi-select lookup fields in Blueprint (iOS v3.18.8 and Android v3.6.53)  

A multi-select lookup field lets you associate a record with several related records at once, rather than just one. Previously, these fields couldn't be updated during a Blueprint transition on mobile devices.
 
On both iOS and Android, multi-select lookup fields are now supported in Blueprint. As you move a record through a Blueprint stage, you can view and update these fields directly from your mobile app.
