Zoho CRM not showing received emails
Greetings,
We're using the free edition to test the software and it seems that our emails are sending and receiving the emails correctly on Zoho Mail. Anyways, if we try to see the log on contacts/leads for sent/received emails, we can only see the sent ones but not the received ones. Is there any problem with the integration? We're using zoho mail as our domain MX.
