Zoho CRM Reports contain Duplicate Records
A number of the reports generated in our CRM now contain duplicate records. I have verified that it is the exact same record appearing twice, not a duplicate or copied record.
In a Potentials report, several of the reports contain multiple records that appear twice, but not all records appear twice. The data is skewed and I need resolution for this issue.
Please advise.
