Create a thumbnail image of your video with a play button and follow the below listed steps to embed videos in Zoho CRM's email templates:
Login to CRM > Go to Setup > Customization > Templates > Create new template > Next > Choose module > Choose the templates from the gallery options > Name the template and its Subject > Add Image Tile from ‘All Components’ > Upload the video thumbnail image > Click on the image to select > Click on the URL icon and insert the video URL > Add the required text content > Save Template.
