We’ve introduced various AI-powered services on the Zoho Desk app. Let's take a look at what's new.

Generate Content:
Generate Content uses AI to formulate responses based on the your query and provides a ready-to-use reply which can be added to email replies.

Reply Assistance:
Reply Assistance provides suggested responses derived from knowledge base articles. These suggestions can be inserted directly into the conversation, streamlining response time and ensuring uniformity in customer communication. Additionally, you can regenerate replies by adjusting the tone and length, and translate them into any language supported by Zia.

Writing assistance:
Writing Assistance employs AI to enhance and restructure the user’s draft response, delivering an improved and professionally crafted reply that can be utilized directly in customer communications.

Ticket Summary:
Ticket Summary provides a concise overview of the ticket’s content, organizing the information into bullet points for easy comprehension. You can select the type of conversation like incoming, outgoing, forwarded, private comment and public comment that you wish to summarize.

Summary can also be translated into any languages supported by Zia.

Thread Summary
It restates the conversation, highlights the key points, making it easier for you to understand the customer's concerns quickly.
