Zoho Desk CC Emails Not Caching

Hi all,

I have a funny little issue. I help manage Zoho Desk for a digital marketing agency where we provide support to customers that we've built websites for. Pretty simple. 

For whatever reason, I cannot delete cached emails that appear in the CC field (Zoho Desk will 'save' emails and suggest them, even if they are erroneous with a typo or rarely used) but WILL NOT save emails even from within our organization. For example, if I email our Development Team, their email will NEVER save - I have to type it in manually myself. 

Anyone else have this issue? Have you found a workaround? Many thanks!
