Zoho Desk creates duplicate tickets occasionally.
When users email our support email address, Zoho Desk sometimes creates a duplicate ticket for the email. For instance, this morning we had 12 tickets opened and 5 were duplicates. This doesn't happen for all users and seems completely random.
We run a very busy IT help desk. In the 8 days that we have been running Zoho Desk, we have accumulated over 300 tickets. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
