I tried to update the Email Content to a Ticket and write to custom fields, which went relatively smoothly. However, I encountered the following issues:

  1. 1.I managed to extract the contact person's email from the email content. How can I use the contact person's email address to retrieve other field information (such as the contact person's country)?

  2. 2.I extracted the product name from the email content. How can I convert it to a product ID and write it into the Ticket?

  3. My goal is to ensure that the Ticket fields display the text data I have extracted.

Could you please provide a conversion program?
