Zoho Desk Domain Mapping not working

Hi Support,

I have done all the steps as per the domain mapping but I was getting 403 Error.

I removed the DNS, reset and redid the setup but its still not working. Error

Not Found

The requested document was not found on this server.

https://support.arubaitoindia.com/ is going to my hosting site and not to Zoho Desk.

Please assist
