Zoho Desk - Knowledge Base - Autosave drafts
I just lost about 2 hours of work because the Knowledge Base doesn't auto-save your draft. What is this 2004? Come on. I have to re-write the entire article, now I know to not use that text editor and literally anything else to edit the text and paste it in.
The editor is clunky and very touchy at times erasing whole paragraphs when backspace is hit once, randomly removing formatting, applying the color coding to the wrong blocks of text.
