I am trying to access my Zoho Desk.  It is directing me to my website 

However I am getting a 400 error.  I suspect it is becasue I have moved hosts and changed my Cloudflare.  I need to have the redirection removed on my Zoho Desk so that i can again access it and resetup the custom naming.
