It appears that the notifications in the desktop web session have stopped showing up so I no longer get the red dot appearing over the icon to show a new one. The last notification listed is 30th August after that, nothing.

Does anyone have any insights to this?

Note email notifications are working fine it's just the notifications icon in the top right of the page (see screenshot) that no longer appears to update.
