We are using your Zoho Desk feature, however, there is a problem:

The integration with Zoho SaleIQ (LiveChat) is not working. 

In Zoho SaleIQ, It displays that we are already integrated with Zoho Desk, however in the Zoho Desk, it keeps display "Sorry! Unable to create Live Chat portal"with Zoho SaleIQ. And we are missing our customer message from our website. Please help us solve this issue as soon as possible, thank you so much.
