Hi,

I'd like to be able to create a set of tasks each time a customer request comes in, as I understand it, currently each would need to be create manually. Project is too much of an overhead for what we want to use.

Effectively in various use cases we want to be able to import a set number of tasks that then get customised as appropriate. 

Any suggestions welcome.
