I have created Guided Conversation for our website. However, from the following Youtube video https://youtu.be/2BXtGOlO4ik, it seems that there is a way to also connect Guided Conversation with Instant Messaging (Whatsapp). Unfortunately, I could not find the configuration options to enable it. Greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you.
