We are currently running a free trial with Zoho to see if it is suitable for us and it looks like it has froze/isn't working. Whenever I try and load up the help desk, I get the Pendulum loading icon and it doesn't move away from that.  

I have tried going into privacy mode/clearing my cookies/shutting my PC down and I'm still getting this issue.

Can you help?
