Zoho Help - Hours & availability

What's the general feeling about Zoho Help only being available China/India weekdays?
I'm a super low impact user, but when I do need to dig deep into Zoho One (actually, not usually that deep), it's often during the weekend when Zoho Help is closed.
Also, for a global company, being closed for "The Weekend" in one part of the world (which can easily be a Friday or Monday depending on where the user might be located), it just seems baffling.
All in all, (aside from some slow turnarounds, lost tickets, and communication impracticalities) Zoho One is an amazing product, and the assistance offered is also great, so I don't really mean to moan... These just seem like unnecessary issues for such a powerhouse of a company.
