Zoho mail service is really bad and their support team is not helpful. I posted about sending blocked issue on our 200 Zoho mail accounts a week ago. They asked some questions and wanted me to send the answers over the Zoho support email knowing that I am complaining about sending blocked issues and I can't send any emails and did not provide any option to reply to their questions on the same post at that time.
Also, after a day they thought the issue was fixed and closed the complaint, but it's not fixed and my accounts are still blocked.
is there any way to get these accounts fixed? please
