we have set shoutbox up on our site and have two questions.

 

1.  how do we 'reset' after a session so that the old session is archived and a 'fresh' screen is on our web site?

 

2. Is there a way to add a security login functionality on zoho shoutbox so that only invited guests can join a session on our site?
