Zoho Sign seems to have two field options available - an empty field for signer(s) to complete or a field that has been prefilled by you, that becomes read only once sent. 

What I would like is an option on the pre-filled by you fields, to leave them editable for the signer(s).  That way, I can create an application form which is completed by my team, but the signer can check the details and amend them if they are incorrect.
