Zoho Support - "Add Request" functionality error message
When using the "Add Request" function in Support, if you assign an owner in the new request, you receive an error message prompt "Sorry for inconvenience. Please try after some time or report your issue in the feedback form given below."
To make matters worse, the error message form doesn't allow us to submit the error to you. Nothing happens when we click send, and the back functionality in a browser doesn't work to return you to the request.
