zoho support - automatic "time-worked"

i have just signe dup for zoho support.
I like the time-Entry tab on requests.

What I'd like to know though, is whether or not this can be made automatic? So I don't need to manually enter the time for each ticket.. ?
is it something that could be part of a future development line ?
