I have a custom field called product and it has a dependent field called components. The list of components displayed in the dependent field depends on the product selected. I have noticed that when I save a ticket with product and component selected and access the ticket at another time, the component field has reset to the default selection. Can this be fixed?

Also, the dependent fields do not always display.
