Zoho sync with Blackberry not working

Hi there!

The download and installation of the Zoho Sync App (ZSync 0.4) was entirely problem free. However, when I open the app and try to sign in I get the error message "Authentication failed. Invalid server response". Obviously my first instict here is: oh I must have done it again, I must have typed in the incorrect password!. Upon further enquiry, this does not appear to be the case. I definitely used the correct password and username. In fact when I knowingly type in the wrong password the error message displays: User names and password do not match."

I have rebooted my device several times - didn't help. I have tried doing a re-reinstalltion of the app - didn't help. I have set the permissions for the app to "allow", across the board - didn't help. I have re-set the password to my account, and tried signing in with the new password - didn't help. I am not sure what else I could do and would be enormously grateful for some help. I am using a Blackberry 9780.
