Zoho Backstage : questions
Dear Support, I have a few questions regarding Zoho Backstage. Can you please tell me if it's possible: 1) To customize the theme of the website and the tickets (fonts family, weight, colors, etc.)? 2) To use only the ticketing space (without the website) and to integrate (iFrame, for ex.) the ticket space in another website? 3) To connect Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel?
Problem adding contacts to a CRM campaign that is from Backstage
I have integrated Backstage with Zoho CRM but am unable to add members to the campaign in the Zoho CRM contact. When in the contact page and selecting Campaigns to add, none of the Backstage specific campaigns show up as an option to add to the record. However when going to the Campaign tab it is clearly listed and working. It seems that the only way to add is to click the Invite Prospects button on the Campaign page but that process is extremely difficult. I have several to add and am being
Different between Cancel and Refund
I see that paid registered attendees tickets can be cancelled or refunded. What is the difference between the two? Thanks

I just unpublished and republished the event - How do I ensure that emails are not sent out to all attendees again with their tickets. It just creates un-necessary email and confusion. Thanks
How do I remove the billing address form in zoho backstage
Hi, This has not been a problem in the past and appears to have been triggered by me using zoho invoice. Anyway I am unable to remove the billing field (or even hide it) in zoho backstage. It's confusing customers - plus being in Aust the Zip code raises suspicion.
How do I use Zoho Backstage for VIRTUAL events??
Please help me understand how Backstage can be used for virtual events (events conducted online without gathering in any physical location.) I'm considering offering online events and would love to be able to organize them using this platform. Can anyone help me with this? Opening up the meeting access early
Is is possible to have the Join Meeting button show up 15 minutes before the start of the meeting? We had our first live event yesterday and so many people went to the site a few minutes early only to find the registration page and no way to join. This caused people just to dial in instead of using their webcams. We want people to be able to check in a little early so that we are ready to go at the start time. thanks!
The ability to sort Registrations
It would so helpful to be able to sort attendees, prospects and Order Summary under Registrations by any of the columns. Including by name, registration date and other fields on the registration form in ascending and descending order.
Customizing registration Questions in backstage
Hi there, I am using ZOHO Backstage for one of my events. In addition to the Name and Email address, I want to get other details like Job Title, Organization Name, Location and Phone Number of my attendees. Merge field shortcuts list for Backstage Emails
Is there a list of the merge field shortcuts to use in building emails in Backstage? In the CRM email templates, you can just type the # to choose from a list of merge fields to include in the email. I don't see that in Backstage, nor can I find the list of merge fields that are available like event title, event description, etc. Any help would be appreciated. TIA!
Resending Attendee emails
Anyone know how to resend a confirmation email or any automated email to someone who has already registered. For example I have someone who registered that did not get the original confirmation email, I wanted to resend it just to her but I can't find a way to do that from her profile or anywhere else. TIA!

How do you add a Floorplan?
I'm trying to add a floorplan for Exhibitors. I can add a new page called "Floorplan" but I don't seem to be able to embed any reasonably sized image. The closest I can get is a section which is "Image and Text", but the image is set to be tiny.
Format of Agenda
Are there settings to make changes to the format of the Agenda? In particular, the Agenda only has a Title and a very tiny image of the speaker - how would I get the Speaker name, title and/or company in there?

How do you add a button or link on a web page. We would like to add more than one registration button to backstage. This is our first year with zoho backstage but we have put great event sites together over the past few years and have found good business practice is to at minimum have at least one register button for every three sections of the page. Backstage Database Integrate with Zoho CRM
I realise that registrations of a Backstage event will goes into Eventbrite and not into Backstage, which means these registrants database will not goes into my CRM. Am I right? Is there any integration for these registrants information can be converted into CRM contact and account?

Does Zoho Backstage allow the customer to set things up in a way that ticket sales are done only through Zoho Backstage and a payment gateway? From my reading, it seems if we want to sell tickets online, we have to integrate backstage with eventbrite. That means paying Eventbrite's charge per ticket which is over $1 each. I want to sell my tickets online and in person using just Zoho Backstage and a Thirdparty payment processor. Is this possible?

How to view agenda on external monitors at the event
We are considering ditching print products entirely and wish to be able to have the agenda visible on widescreen monitors in our conference and exhibition area. Preferred would be "next sessions" . The mobile app could probably be extended on to a monitor easily enough but not more than one at a time.. is there a function that you would recommend? Anyone..
Release Notes
General issue across all Zoho products that's consistent with most software products on the market. It would be extremely useful to publish release notes (which are completely different than "What's New"), especially on this product. We would use this product but are looking for specific fixes and features before we could ever consider using the product for production. Other than constantly getting trial logins or sending notes to support, there's really no way to do this.
Payment process - Delegates & Sponsors on Backstage
Can we accept payments - both for Event tickets and sponsorship amount using third party payment gateway like RazorPay in India? Backstage will have seamless integration with razor pay to collect and manage this process?

With the Portal mapped to a domain, can we still map the microsite to other domain?
Imagine the Portal has already been mapped to abc.com and while creating microsite for each of the events, can we still map those to xyz1.com, xyz2.com and xyz3.com and so on? While hosting the client's events, clients may ask to map it to their site. So, this feature is very important for subscription mode. Do you have this feature?

It would be nice if Promo codes could be cloned when you clone the event or be universal with a button to turn them on or off for a specific event.

Concert Event Operator - How much can we customize the backstage web portal?
How much can we customize the backstage web portal? We're a concert event operator. We also have a travel packages that combine the concert with hotel accommodations, transportation, food, parties, etc. We don't have speakers but do have entertainers. Can we change the speaker to entertainers in the header? Has anyone used the backstage application for events that are not speaker oriented but have a broader product offering?
Custom URL
Are there plans to allow URL customization of the specific event location (e.g., as a CNAME), rather than under the portal URL?
Embedding The Calendar
I am using Zoho Backstage on the Zoho One plan and when I embed the calendar it only shows the one event that has the Zoho One Enterprise attached and not my other event just created for a free event. I don't understand why this is the case. Can you let me know what I can do about it.
Adding Speakers without requiring an email
This is an old question, but many other issues have been resolved, so seeing if this show-stopper will ever be addressed in the product timeline. You currently must use speaker email addresses to enter any detailed speaker information. This just isn't a workable solution for most folks that produce shows on a regular basis. Google Maps Error on Custom Domain
Hi, I am using Backstage with a custom domain which works well. However I am now getting a Google Maps API error. When I access the microsite on custom domain i get the error, but when I access via the ZOHO Backstage URL, I see the Google Maps. Any idea how to fix?

Hi, Just a quick question..... is it possible to use Backstage for Virtual Events or events without an actual location. My thoughts are to create paid for events using Zoho ShowTime and use Backstage to manage them ? Is this possible or is it just better to use the in-built ShowTime features? Can we get some text formatting options (left, center, right, bold, etc), on the page elements, like the TEXT ONLY element, and the IMAGE AND TEXT, etc.
How to track which track attendees plan to take when they register?
We have multiple tracks for our event and would like to track or ask during the registration process which of the 3 they are most likely to attend. This will help us determine which rooms we need to set these session in since they hold different amounts of folks or may have to be reconfigured to maximize attendees.
