How can I allow group emails be sent without waiting approval from a mail moderator?
Im new- and when I send a group email I noticed I have to approve a group email?? In the mail moderator folder it has two options - approve and bounce back - Will bounce back allow the group email to be sent??
How can I automatically add people I email to safe senders list?

Archive Policy - Do not archive

Hi, I have tried adding a link to a picture in my signature, however I always get the "Selected text" field popping up, instead of just the web address (reference : https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/insert-images.html#alink3) I tried from Chrome and Edge, and I have the same behavior.
