Cannot change administrators email address
Hi. I've created a Zoho account. I accidently assigned myself an email address that I want to reserve for another user. So I'm trying to change my email address. From the control panel I go to my profile. Under 'Contact Details' I attempt to edit the email address. When I enter a new email address I then the message: "Please contact your Organization administrator info@roskillcv.org.nz,to change your email address" Thats kinda nuts, because I *am* the administrator. Impossible to delete orphaned attachments
When sending and email, and attaching a file from a cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive), these files are added to the "Attachments" view. It is then impossible to delete such attachments. Even if the original sent email (which contains the attachment) is deleted, the attachment stays behind orphaned and there is no way to delete it. Or is there a way to delete these attachments? Is there a way to block emails based on specific words in subject and/or message content? Domain blacklist is pretty useless as spammers (at least the spam I receive) use various domains and IP's all of the time.
